about Eduardo Lis

Eduardo Lis is an educator specializing in drums and percussion. He has been teaching in the public school system for twenty-one years teaching general music in elementary schools.

He graduated from the National Conservatory of Buenos Aires, Argentina and later from York University in Toronto, Canada with a B.F.A. and a M.A. in Ethnomusicology. He is a certified Health Rhythms facilitator and a certified music teacher. He lives in Weston, Florida.

He has also performed at various festivals, including the Montreal and Toronto Jazz Festival, recorded and composed Latin-jazz music and was featured in shows like the “Live from the 305” on WLRN.
